Wednesday night we had the girls at the trailer while Mike & Lisa went with Bob, Cathy and Becca to Junior’s, the local comedy club.  Thursday I received a complimentary year membership to the Erie County Library thanks to the “Share Pennsylvania” program in which both Erie and Chester County libraries participate.  We will be able to check out books, CD’s and DVD’s as well as use the WiFi in the library which is just down the road from Lampe.  Mike and family rented bikes on the Peninsula and rode for a couple of hours before joining us and the remaining Niebauer crowd for dinner at “Sidelines”, the local sports bar owned by Pat and Tracy.  Dinner was excellent and we all enjoyed Kareoke night at the bar.  Most everybody participated with a few exceptions.  It was great fun.  Last night we had Bob and Cathy over for dinner and today we had a good old-fashioned Erie thunderstorm which lasted about an hour and knocked out the power.  At least the trailer is cleaner than before the rain and the clothes drier started back up after the power came back.  Now off to the Whippy Dip, Barbato's and then off to Tracy's to see her and the Garifi's who will be flying out tomorrow.
