Today was Michael's annual Eagles tailgate party at his home.  It was a great time but the Eagles lost to the Titans. It was a bad sports weekend for Philadelphia but we'll get over it.  It was a beautiful fall day and Annika and I stopped to smell the flowers on the way back from taking something back to the truck. She kept busy trying to catch butterflies on the flowers.  She didn't catch any but would have taken them back home to feed them crushed strawberrioes because 'they love them'.  She's out the save the world one butterfly at a time.  Tomorrow the visiting Cawfords head back to Erie and we hit the road for Vermont then on to Grand Lake Stream for the week.
