We are getting ready to hit the road South with the trailer on March 3rd although my Dad is in the hospital in Texas with pneumonia and on life support.   He has a living-will so plans are a little tentative right now.  Last week we bought a magic jack to plug into the computer for phone service while we are traveling.  We also bought Mario Kart for the Wii and Nana played against Bailey over the internet.  He 'kicked her butt' and she will be practicing so when they play over the internet while on the road she will have a chance to return the favor.  Mike's girls were here over the weekend ending with a party on Sunday night.  Mike and Lisa came over to join us, the girls, the Schweds and the Goodmans for a dinner of shrimp soup and gumbo.  On Saturday we made popcorn balls, did some Wii Fit and practiced Mario Kart and on Sunday we decorated for Mardi-Gras.  They sure got carried away with the beads because when I sat down to rest for a moment I got a good 'beading'.  Alesa and I also joined facebook and spent a lot of time getting it set up.  Now we have to figure out how to connect facebook to the blog.  

P.S.- My Dad was removed from life support this afternoon and is breathing on his own.
