Snowing in Philadelphia, Jeff said they have 3 inches. Been busy and the weather is getting cooler here. Jeans and a long sleeve shirt today. Even freeze warnings tonight. Read that green papaya is better for you than ripe papaya so I have been picking and trying them different ways. Raw, they're like a mild carrot, boiled they're like a bland potato. Diced and boiled, I have been putting them in a number of dishes to include: corned beef hash, mashed with gravy, omelets, covered with leftover spaghetti meat sauce and French fried; all very good except the last one. Thursday night we went to dinner with Paul and Carol at Mesa Luna, hence the leftover spaghetti sauce. Paul and Alesa's birthdays are in December and Carol and mine are in June so we make a point to go to dinner together on those months. Craig and Janet were over yesterday to play pickkleball and tour the Christmas lights in the golf cart. There are more and more lights every year. I am sure that makes SECO very happy. Getting ready for our Christmas trip north. Jeff has a business trip in Orlando next week so he is flying in early and coming up here. We will golf on Monday afternoon before he goes to his meetings on Tuesday afternoon..
