Yesterday we made it to Cajun country and arrived in Duson, La., on I-10 just west of Lafayette at the Frog City RV Park.  Today we went to Avery Island, south of Lafayette to take the Tabasco Pepper Sauce tour.  It was very interesting and educational.  We took highways down and backroads back and drove by sugarcane fields as well as rice fields which were dotted with crawfish traps.  We also stopped at a Mardi Gras parade in Scott.  The sun has finally come out as we are watching golf on TV late this afternoon.
