Started the day with coffee and a short walk around the basin. Spent much of the day in the pool playing volleyball and drinking beer. It is still very hot but the heat advisory is supposed to end tonight. We watched golf and Olympic trials. Alesa, Jeff and Danielle went shopping and then fixed an excellent dinner. Rib eye steaks, summer squash, peas, baked potatoes, various scotch eggs and Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle ice cream for dessert.
We will have a lot of leftovers. It was a good Fathers' Day here.
