Got some rain last night. Jeff said about a quarter of an inch but we slept through it. Sprinkled very lightly a couple of times during the day but it looks like most of it fell on the west and north valley. Started the day at 47% humidity but the breeze and lower temps made it very pleasant to sit outside. Rained some more during the day just enough to get things wet and enjoy the sound of raindrops on a tin roof. Never got above 100 and the humidity is at 54% tonight but still comfortable when we walked the dogs. Bailey bought a phone the other day due to the pool incident but didn't have a trade in. We went back to the store today to see if we could use my old S8+ even with the screen being cracked. It's worth $700 as a trade in and it has to be sent in this month but it's back at home. Called our neighbor Mike and walked him through where it was and he is overnighting it here so we can meet the deadline and Bailey can save $700. Only fair since Jeff had given me the phone at one time. Alesa got her phone cover and her iPad cover with a keyboard and is as happy as a clam. And, therefore, so am I although I still haven't converted her ringtones.
