We left Grand Lake Stream at about 9:30 yesterday morning and arrived back home about 9 last night after an uneventful trip.  We did get to listen to the Eagles beat the Rams on Sirius radio.  As always we had a great time in Maine.  Steve and Laura had to take school pictures near Presque Isle on Thursday so Alesa and I went into Calais and played 9 holes at St Croix and then did some shopping and catching up on WiFi.  Friday we went into the studio with Steve & Laura and then we all played 9 holes before an evening birthday party for their nephew  (E.C.).  Saturday morning Steve and I went fishing on Big Lake and caught a couple of Bass and a catfish.  That afternoon Steve, Lee, Art and I went fishing on Fourth Machias Lake from Lee's camp.  We caught a few dozen white perch which we cleaned, Steve breaded and deep fried on a campfire and we and the ladies enjoyed for dinner.  Hurricane Hanna played with us all day Saturday and much of Sunday but we never had any real rain except for overnight.
