Beautiful Bergen
Slept late and got up to a wonderful breakfast buffet at the hotel with plenty of Norwegian specialties. We then went on a walking tour per Rick Steves (Alesa's bible). It was 32F, sunny and no breeze so it was quite comfortable. We walked to the west end to start our tour which was a big mistake because we were walking east into a low sun and being joined by hordes of people from the multiple cruise ships so we walked to the train station to get our tickets for Oslo tomorrow. The sun never gets very high in the sky this far north so it's always in your eyes when walking toward it. We walked different parts of town and resumed our tour after lunch. We also walked back to the train station to upgrade our tickets and walked back through downtown Bergen. Then some shopping as the hordes headed back to their ships.
