Today we went to a number of potential home sites then we visited with Ron & Dot Kempf, friends from Erie who have done what we are planning to do. They had bought a house and rented it for a few years, using it occasionaly until they recently moved down permanently. They gave us a lot of good direction and ideas and were very pleased with their experience. We also went out and looked at a number of potential home sites.
