Our son Michael is doing very well, all reconnected and moved into his new home. His girls will be coming out for Thanksgiving and he has decided to stay home and continue settling in and let us enjoy the girls. We are certainly looking forward to their visit and are hoping to get him out here sometime in the near future, he will be missed. The backyard is finished and looks very nice. We have added lighting to the wall and patio ceiling. The weather has been getting cooler which keeps the pool temperature down. A little too cool for swimming last month. The timing was perfect since the pool filter pump failed and had to be replaced under warranty; the warranty purchased by the sellers when we bought the house. That warranty expired today and we decided not to renew it because everything is working now and the warranty only does the minimum to get things up and running. If anything else were to fail we would rather replace and upgrade than repair. We have already replaced the dishwasher before it failed. We also bought a new 85 inch TV which fits perfectly into the entertainment area and has all the latest features. This, of course, led to a TV shuffle which was complicated by the recent failure of the TV I was using as a second display on my computer.
