Started the day with some more tennis practice followed after lunch by a round of miniature golf. We then headed to Sheeder Mills Farm for the equestrian events, a half an hour in the training ring followed by a half hour trail ride. Bailey and Annika then cooked a dinner of cheese steaks and corn on the cob. We cooked the corn fully husked in the microwave, cut off the bottom and the corn dropped right out husk and silk free. OK maybe it did take a little coaxing but it did come out easily.
