Corfu, Greece
Sailed into Corfu this morning and went on a bus tour and then walked through the old town. Alesa bought a sun hat and a pouch for around her waist or over a shoulder. I got a chance to visit the spa on the ship. It has a very large hot tub plus a jacuzzi. It also has a steam room, a sauna, a cold pool, a cold bucket shower, a snow room and a relaxing waterfall. We ended the evening attending a trivia challenge. We didn't win but we didn't do badly. During the day I received an email that I cancelled our upcoming flight Arizona. I hadn't cancelled it and the credits were confusing so I tried to call the airline but for some reason I kept getting a message that that number didn't work from here. Fearing I had been hacked and forwarded the email to Jeff who was able to call and get our reservation reinstated. Whew, Thank you Jeff. I'll call when we get home to find out how it had been cancelled. Now have been to all of the bars on this ship. We went to the last one this evening, it is a late night, nightclub kind of bar. Alesa has had a dream to watch the sunset while sipping wine in Greece. Ever since she watched 'Shirley Valentine". So, tonight she finally got her wish as we sat in the Aquavite terrace on the stern of the ship and watched the sunset while she sipped her wine, among other drinks..
