Slept in a little this morning to make up for the lost hour. We rebuilt the piping on the well side of the irrigation system since the check valve had a stone stuck in it and wasn't holding prime and wouldn't pump water. Since the new sod has to be watered while Craig and Janet are in Omaha next weekend, it was important to get it fixed. We then painted trim, laid brickwork and spread mulch. So we can now rest easy before taking Craig up to Zack's on Wednesday and then heading north back to The Villages. After a corned beef and cabbage dinner we are off to a well deserved Rita's Water Ice.
