Tonight was the Abington Junior High School Spring Strings concert. As the musicians get older they get much better and the concert was quite good. We had a second open house on Sunday and we continue to show the house. We had a few people come back for second looks and one made an offer. It was low and we countered but we remained too far apart. It's too early in the process to think that low.
