When Ann & Ed Dawson came down for the winter they brought a lot of frozen fish which Ed had caught over the summer in Lake Erie. When they and Ed's sister, Bunni, headed back north they left us the remaining fish. So tonight we invited Tim & Cheryl Maloney and Steve & Jackie Ipp over for a fish fry. Alesa breaded them and I cooked them in hot oil on the grill. After overcooking the first few, we got it perfect and the fish was excellent.
