Frolfing

January 20, 2016

Sunday, our usual neighbor golfing day, was cold, wet and windy and we all headed out but the neighbors turned around half way there and I turned around and brought Alesa home shortly thereafter. I called and cancelled out tee time then headed out anyway and stopped at a closer course and played nine. It stayed windy but stopped sprinkling and the sun warmed things up. That evening the Millers hosted a dinner for the Erie Club board meeting. It was very generous of them and we all had a great time. (Even though the Steelers lost). Yesterday I went to the Gainesville VA for my 6 months oncology check and everything is great. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a beginner set of frisbees for frisbee golf and Alesa and I finally went out today and 'frolfed' or 'folfed', if you prefer, 18 holes. I ordered a second set yesterday so we won't have to share discs. Alesa is off to bagpipe class this evening.
