We are camping at Frontier Town, a very nice and large campground a few miles south of Ocean City and right on the bay.  It is very nice with an attached Old West theme park and water park.  Plenty to do  for the kiddies and the child in the adult.  The season doesn't start until next weekend so it is not crowded yet and the off season pricing is good.  We are staying 3 nights since the third one cost 2 bits.
