Gilbert Day 4

We traded in two phones when we were here in June but Verizon only gave us credit for one. Jeff has gone to the store a number of times and they say it's solved but it never is and he gave up and was waiting for me because I do not give up on such things. So, we both went to Verizon today to get it resolved. After all it was a $700 credit. We stopped in and they put my name in a queue so we went shopping (Cowboy hats and Total Wine). After 45 minutes they texted me and the challenge was on. We explained the problem and its history and they gave us the same story that they could only document the problem and it was up to somewhere else to make the changes. They were finally able to see the problem and were going to document it when we got the manager involved because we have been told the same story many times with no results. They went into the back room to try some things and emerged a half an hour later and said that they were surprised that they were able to make the change and that the problem was solved. Still skeptical we left with a lot of phone numbers to follow up with. After we got home I signed into the account and next month's bill reflected 6 months of missed credits and following months reflected the credit. Sorry to take so much time on the issue but we were so happy and relieved to have the problem resolved. I shipped Jeff our Wii a few months ago and it kept rejecting discs so they set it aside and bought the new Wii. I took it out today and got it to work. Bailey and Bridget both came home from ASU for the weekend so everyone is playing MarioCart on the new Wii. We'll try it on the old Wii later.
