Today Alesa & I participated in GIVE (Gannon Invitation to Volunteer Everywhere) by working with other Gannon alumni living in the Philadelphia area and cleaning the Schuylkill River Park which is in downtown Philadelphia across the river from Penn in the Rittenhouse Square area.  It was hard work in the heat but was enjoyable and fulfilling and the residents were very appreciative of our efforts.  This must be our Philadelphia week because we are headed back down for a Financial planning luncheon on Wednesday and then Alesa is going back in on Thursday to attend the Cleopatra exhibit at the Franklin museum.  I also included a couple of picture which were on my phone.  I was cleaning the trailer roof when the Niagara sailed out to meet the other ships to parade into the bay later that day.
