Good Friday in Florence, SC
We came to the KOA in Florence, SC to get away from the shore crowd over the Easter weekend. The camp was almost empty yesterday but is filling up quickly. We will stay here for another two nights and then move to Myrtle Beach for a few days before continuing north. As always, we can use the rest and I have to finish taxes. We drove through town last night and as most towns today was a little run down and empty. Today we did a little more touring and have been impressed by the overall area. We went to the Pee Dee State Farmers' Market and then the boys wanted to go to Darlington to see "The Track Too Tough To Tame". We then took back roads back to camp. Another beautiful area with flowers and trees in full bloom. A lot like Augusta not too far down the road.
