Left Halifax yesterday morning after a wonderful visit and headed to Bayhurst, New Brunswick about 300 miles northwest. We took a little detour along the Acadia Coastal Drive to see a little more of the shore. We arrived at Danny's Best Western in Beresford, just north of Bayhurst for our golf and stay package. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was so good that we will be eating there again tonight. We golfed at the Gowen Brea Golf Club as part of our package and the course was beautiful with rolling hills and constant views of the bay. It was very well kept and it surely lived up to its name. Brae means a steep bank or hillside. Many of the fairways dropped off one way or another and the holes along the water were spectacular. After our round we drove along the shoreline and visited a few beaches. Tomorrow we are off to Quebec City.
