Since Alesa is no longer in the TBR dragon boat club, we passed chairmanship of the Lake Hills School committee to a new person but I will probably remained involved. Alesa is on two other teams so she keeps dragon boating. Tonight we went to the Chester County (Pa) club meeting. It was an informational meeting about the Southeastern Guide Dog organization in Palmetto Fl. They breed and train guide dogs for the blind. It was extremely interesting with presentations by a blind person with a guide dog and a person who raises guide dogs puppies for their first year before they return for testing, training and assignment. We are planning to visit the site and I'm sure will get involved somehow.
