Craig, Roni and Denny came up on St. Patrick's day and we all played pickleball. Later that evening we received a call from Denny to tell us Alesa's cousin, Larry (Roni's brother) had passed away earlier that day. Consequently they cut their Florida stay short and headed back home yesterday morning to make the funeral arrangements. Larry died in Saratoga. NY and will be buried in Northeast, PA in a few weeks. Craig and Janet also headed out in his truck for Mullen, NE and should arrive at Rebecca's house tomorrow night. Janet will be flying back next weekend and Craig will stay to work on their basement. Alesa got up at 3:30 that morning to catch a 5AM bus with her team to dragon boat races in Sarasota. They got one race in and it began to storm, so they hunkered down in their bus and after a while decided to accept second place medals and head home. Alesa got a 10% discount certificate from the starter today so she decided to get the dragon head club cover she saw at the Orange Blossom Hills country club a few weeks ago.
