Had a great Easter. Craig and Janet came up and Connie joined us for Easter dinner. (Connie is Laura's nephew's wife.) So the 9 of us sat down for a very nice Easter dinner which everyone helped fix; spinach salad, lamb chops, salmon, moussaka, mashed potatoes & gravy, spanakopita, souvlaki and plenty to drink. Ending with key lime pie and chocolate pie. Bob and Cathy headed back to Deland after dinner to finish up some issues before heading back to Erie in the morning. We all visited for quite a while before Craig & Janet and Connie headed back home.
