On Tuesday we headed to Mike's to get ready for Thanksgiving and stopped to see Goodmans on the way. While the ladies cooked the dinner, Elyse, Mike and I headed to the auto repair shop to tow home Elyse's car which died on the road this summer due to a broken timing chain. The shop wanted $800 to fix it so Mike figured he'd give it a shot. We towed it home and pushed it to the back of the driveway so he could work on it at his leisure. Jeff and family came over for dinner on Wednesday and we had a very nice family Thanksgiving celebration to include game time with the Eagles' Super Bowl game in the background. This afternoon we went back over to Jeff's to join in his and Daniel's family's dinner. It has been a great holiday.
