They have begun inside work, yahoo! Yesterday we had the U&O (use and occupancy) inspection on 607 and had no big problems. Have to add two smoke detectors in the basement and a fire retardant cover (sheet metal) on the pull down stairs in the garage and we will be up to code. Ordered a 28 foot moving truck from ABF to be delivered here on 8/16. We have a week to load it and they will pick it up on the 21st and deliver it to 3009 for us to unload. We expect to use 13 ft. but can adjust as necessary and pay only for what we use.
