Keaton Beach
Today we drove east on the panhandle around the big bend and down the gulf coast a few miles to the Old pavilion RV Park in Keaton Beach. We are backed right up to the gulf and hoping for a beautiful sunset. We went to a recommended local fish place for dinner and then walked the beach and pier. The park is being tended by very kind older woman who is kept busy watching her grandson and three small dogs who are busy guarding the park by land and by sea. On our walk on the pier we watched hermit crabs walking about under the surface and back at the trailer we are watching the small fiddler crabs display to each other. They were on the beach at Ho-Hum but now we are able to watch them from our trailer without startling them back into their holes.
