Gene and Lynn Kutina visited today from Citrus Hills, about 40 miles west of here. They are friends from Exton who have been in Florida for the last two years. We gave them a short tour of The Villages and attended a few open houses and then visited with Paul and Carol. It so happened that the realtor at one of the open houses was from the Citrus Hills area and he and the Kutinas had a good discussion as they are planning to sell their house and move into Tampa.
