While Alesa and I are no longer in charge of the committee to support the Lake Hills special needs school, we remain active with it. Today was their Halloween party and we helped The Villages clown group by making balloon animals for the students at the school's "Clowning Around" station. Also, since Gannon has opened a branch location in Rustin, FL offering a masters degree in physical and occupational therapies, I am working with the principal and the Gannon program manager to develop a relationship to provide possible internship and eventual placement opportunities.
