Went in on Monday at 6 for surgery in Gainesville, an L4-5 Laminectomy with fusion. It went well and I was in my room by noon (I think). Craig and Paul & Carol waited with Alesa but Paul and Carol left before I got to my room. I was in no pain and walking around all afternoon. It must have been the meds at work because on Tuesday things were a lot more painful. Still walking but not as near as much. I was able to go home on Wednesday morning but there was still plenty of pain. The meds enabled me to sleep but it was a long few days. It was getting a little better every day and this morning (Sunday) I had almost no pain. I took a couple of Aleve and I have had no real pain all day.
