Stopped at Bob's on Saturday morning to pick up our Urbaniak's meat from his freezer and a short visit. Our trip from Erie to Charlotte was very nice as the weather was perfect and the traffic was light with no delays at all. Arrived at Lois' in Huntersville about at about 4, went to dinner at Bob Evans, took a short walk in a park on Lake Norman and back to Lois' for the night. Had a nice visit and left in the morning. Again, the weather was perfect until we got to the town of Waldo on 301 in Florida where there was a downpour which lasted about 15 miles and then it cleared. There were no traffic delays until just above Ocala when Google kept extending our arrival time. We were supposed to get on I-75 but I stayed in 301 for the rest of the way home and we arrived at 5, a few minutes before our original arrival time. Turns out there was an accident on I-75 which would have added 30 minutes to the trip. Had a great night's sleep.
