We have kept busy getting ready for Christmas.  Yesterday we had our Christmas and everybody was here.  Alesa decided to cut down on the work and only have finger food.  Of course, her finger food is a 5 star meal anywhere else.  She made a turkey, a ham, meatballs, sausage, pigs-in-the-blanket, stuffed mushrooms, buffalo wings, chicken nuggets, lasagna, cheesecake, trifle, an apple pie with ice cream and cool whip and countless Christmas cookies.  The adults visited and played "Imagine-if", a new game, which was much fun while the kids had a coded team treasure hunt which led to a box each full of small Christmas gifts.  It was a wonderful day and a great time was had by all.  Alesa and are having a nice quiet Christmas Day at home.  We did do a 5 mile walk on the trail this morning to work off all the holiday calories.  Hope you all had a Great Christmas.
