Our son Mike finally made it home yesterday after over two weeks in the hospital. He has had a tough time of it, in addition to his surgery he has blood clots which they are removing with antibiotics plus a water heater in his rental leaked and flooded his basement. He didn't have water when he got home but the plumber has fixed the problem and he now has water. All seems to be under control now. We have changed our travel plans and will be flying out to see him on Tuesday before flying to Florida to visit Alesa's brother Craig and his wife, Janet. Can't wait to see Mike and spend a little time with him. We kept in touch but felt bad we couldn't be with him during all he has been through. Back here in AZ, in addition to doctor appointments, we continue to ride our e-bikes in this heat, go to the gym and cool down in the pool.
