A few doctor appointments over the last week or so and all is well. Mike and Alice flew into Orlando on Wednesday and visited with a friend to celebrate her birthday before coming here Friday at noon. They were both working most of Friday afternoon and a little this morning but we had a great chance to visit. We had dinner at a Mexican restaurant and breakfast at First Watch before they left this afternoon to visit a friend in St,Pete before flying out of Tampa on Sundy. Again, it was a great visit and we really appreciated them taking the time. On another note, I had called Allegient customer service a few times only to be given a projected two hour wait time. I was trying to request a refund for my prepaid bags but after a half a dozen attempts for s shorter wait time, I sent an Email explaining my issue. To my surprise, the next day I received a response that the associates at the airport had verified my veteran status and they would refund the charge, I was very pleased with their overall customer service if not with their phone wait times. And, yes, I have already received the refund.
