Today was Elyse's birthday so we headed over for the celebration and stopped on the way to buy a couple of bookcases at Ikea.  Ellie loves sushi so her request was for dinner at a Japanese steakhouse near them.  We went over early to help with some chores and beat the dinner crowd.   I moved the gas line and power box so the new range could be pushed all the way back, consulted on the venting for the new microwave, installed the doorbell, marked the widow frames for future moulding and glued a clothes hanger rod while Alesa worked on Ellie's birthday sweater and helped the kids with homework.  The dinner was good (and fun), I can't believe our grandaughter in 10 and hopefully the sweather will be done by Ellie's birthday weekend beginning June 4th so she will have it in Erie.
