Hope you had a happy Groundhog Day. Alesa had her brother, Craig, build a sofa table for us and he brought it up on Wednesday. It turned out very nice and this is where she spends much of her time now. When she is not cleaning that is. Her eyes are recovering nicely but the forced lack of activity makes her antsy and she is compensating by cleaning and moving stuff around and, sometimes, out. They measured for flooring on Tuesday and we are waiting for the estimate. We decided on 'Clamshell Oak' for our floors. It's the middle one in the picture. Alesa was refinishing furniture yesterday and I replaced the backflow preventers on our outside faucets and replaced the battery in the golfcart. A cell went bad and I got some money back on the warranty but it was just two months out of a free replacement. It was below freezing earlier in the week and 82 degrees for the last two days. We both will be golfing tomorrow morning if the weather holds.
