It is starting to get more crowded down here as another winter season begins. We joined a platform tennis league and we have games every Tuesday and Thursday. The first Erie Club meeting of the season was last Thursday and we had ox roast, brought from Erie, and music by 'Ron the Music Man'. He played German music in the spirit of Octoberfest. We spent much of the evening with some past 25th street neighbors. We are packing our 'woolies' and looking forward to our trip back up to the Philly area to see the kids and grandkids. The days here are still reaching close to 90 but the evenings are dipping into the high 60s. Our neighbor is off to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta so Alesa is tending her cat (Jesse James) for the week.
