Friday the electrician rewired the hot tub (moved the box 6' away and ran the wire in a conduit). Permits and inspections cost as much as the material and labor. Yesterday we were treated to lunch with the Holdens at "The Whip", picked up 10 moving blankets we bought on Craigslist, dropped off a few things at Jeff's and picked up the table he shortened for us. Today we continue to pack and invited the 'buyers' over to look over the items we are not moving to Florida to see if they might want then. They are a young couple with an almost 2 year old son, Owen. They are moving from a much smaller house so they were happy to keep all of the furniture and items we aren't taking. It saves us trips to 'Habitat' or other places and we are more than happy to help them out. We also 'trained' them on the operation of the house, enjoyed visiting with them, they enjoyed spending time in their new home and Owen had a great time just running around. They will have to retrieve one of his cars from our/their pond after they move in. Alesa is now staining the table and tomorrow we will head over to Mike's with some items.
