The whole inside of the house is painted and the floors are ready for tile and carpet. The forms are down for the driveway, the lanai/patio, the front porch and sidewalk. Picked up the truck today after spending a grand to fix the turbo and have it checked to be ready for the trip south. The neighborhood house that burned down in March had a few courses of block laid on the old basement walls and the lumber and beams are on site. I bet our house is done first.
