Philly

October 21, 2014

Yesterday we woke up to frost on the windshield but it was melted by the time we went out. We went up to Exton for the day and since we were going right by, I got a flu shot at the Coatesville VA hospital. We stopped at the car dealer to get the nitrogen topped off in our car tires. We always seem to get a low tire pressure alarm when we come up from Florida, it must be the temperature. We then visited and had lunch with the Schweds. Bailey requested shepherd's pie for dinner so we shopped on the way back to Jeff's. Today I attended the Vets' breakfast which I used to attend when we lived here. It was good to see the guys again and catch up. Alesa went with me but wanted to be left alone so she had pancakes in a booth. We then took the train into Philadelphia to use the 'over 65' 85 cents fare. We played tourist and then visited our financial guy in his new office on the 40th floor of 2 Commerce Square building. What a view!
