Jeff got Alesa a pressure cooker for Christmas and she got to use it today for the first time. She cooked a turkey and it only had to cook for 10 minutes once it got up to pressure which took about 10 minutes. It was delicious, and so moist, yum! Alesa continues to heal well from her surgery. She has been playing platform tennis but taking it VERY slow. She has a sore ankle and a sore quad so these are also making her take it slow. I had my annual skin check yesterday and all is well. Nothing new. The doctor did remove a mole I've had for a long time on my right cheek but expects no problem. My cousin, Paul, brought a puzzle for Alesa to keep her busy during her recovery but she is not a puzzle person. So I had to do it since she wasn't keeping me busy.
