Today has beeen a rainy day. We started the day with the Wii and lots of rainy day activities.  After lunch we went to the DQ for Dilly Bars all around and then to the playground for an hour or so.  On the way home we stopped at the grocery store for a bag of dry roasted peanuts.  A real circus since we were giving Nana a rest and I was alone but they were all very good except for some whining.  Who says Pennsylvania grocery stores don't have wine?  Bailey was impressed the other night at the ball park when he was able to throw the shells on the ground so we went home and ate peanuts.  My pickup bed is now covered in peanut shells.  Miss Ellie does not like peanuts but that did not stop her from learning how to open them.  Tomorrow we are going to make peanut butter.  Nana then had cooking class with the kids helping to prepare chicken and dumplings.  Very good and every one of them had at least seconds, vegetables and all.  We then settled into their journal writing and they are now all in bed.
