On the road again

April 28, 2007

We left Exton yesterday morning on our way to Corry, Pa.   We are settled into Harecreek campground.  It's been raining for a week so we are parked on the road with long connections to the services to avoid the quagmires the sites have become.  Ronda and Denny are camped next to us.  They are here to see her mother (Alesa's Aunt Helen) and we are here to see A's Uncle Jim who is back in the hospital.  The news was bleak two weeks ago but is better now as he should be going home today.  We will move the RV to an Erie location tomorrow and do some visiting before we head out west.  We enjoyed our time back home but are excited to be on the road again.  We had to extend our Exton stay because Alesa received some scary results from one of her medical tests.  Extended testing identified the real problem and we are relieved to be healthy and happy again.  We got our taxes done (ouch), got the truck fixed, helped Mike a little with the demolition of his living room, did some yard work, visited with the kids and grandkids and did a little more arranging of the house for Jeff, Danielle and family, who were great hosts for our short visit.
