We are keeping busy walking, golfing, 'farmimg', planning travel and PT for my shoulder. Craig and Janet rented mountain bikes this morning on a trail just north of us. They are preparing for their ride in Spain this May which will be on mountain bikes, and they have been riding street bikes. They are headed this way now and we will all head up to the trail tomorrow for a long ride on our street bikes. Had my stress test last week and things are fine. Hired a guy to cut the seeds out of our palm tree today as well as trim the lower fronds. Alesa doesn't want me climbing ladders anymore and it was a lot easier and safer watching him do it. He will also mow our lawn when we are away on long trips. Arizona in May, Newfoundland in August and a Mediterranean cruise in November.
