Alesa is doing well just very bored and walking the halls. They didn't drain the abscess this morning, electing to continue the IV antibiotics for another day and hoping the abscess 'subsides' enough for her to be released tomorrow. They will do another CT scan in the morning and then she will be able to come home (Positive thinking). Want to have her home, especially with Matthew affecting us overnight tomorrow. She couldn't eat solids yesterday because of the planned surgery and can't eat today because of the planned CT scan. Good thing she doesn't have an appetite. If you have ever seen a Niebauer hungry, you know what I mean. I have plenty of gas but was going to top off the tank on the way home but all the stations were out of gas. Patio furniture is in the house, the flagpole is down and the bathtub is full of water. Al the other preparations have already been made.
