Alesa ventured away from the house for the first time since her scoping last week. We went to Wawa for coffee then to Walmart for some shopping. The neighbors loaned her a four footed cane which is easier than the crutches when she goes out. She is doing well, just a long recovery process, she heard 2 to 3 days when the doctor actually said 1 to 2 weeks. Her follow-up appointment is on Monday. The photos from the Governor's presentation of the Veterans' Medals on April 2nd were on his web page today so I downloaded a couple. The second picture was for no particular reason except I was talking to the Florida National Guard Commander. And, the guy in front of me was an Army helicopter instructor pilot and we had a long conversation.
