Violins & Golf
Weather is getting colder. Freeze warning for tonight. Many people are covering plants but we figure if they cannot survive the Florida weather without help, we don't want them. I planted peas a few days ago but they are still in the ground. We don't mind the cooler weather because we get to wear jeans, sweaters, shoes and heavy socks. Water volleyball has been cancelled due to the cold and wind for the last few days so we are getting a rest. Although we have been going to MVP and working out instead. Alesa had her first violin lesson on Monday and has been practicing. We golfed with the Maloneys on Monday afternoon at the chip and putt course. It's 18 holes but they are short and it was just like a long walk in a park. They have put their Villages house on the market and should be able to sell it and move back to Erie pretty soon but they would rather wait until April. No volleyball today so we went to Ocala and made an appointment for an estimate for granite countertops in the kitchen. Also bought a ROKU express for the bedroom so Alesa can fall asleep watching her AcornTV.
