Yesterday we drove down to McGaheysville, Virginia to help celebrate Alesa's cousin, Mary Hulvey's, 90th birthday.  We got to Harrisonburg at around 3 and checked into the Marriott near James Madison U.  We had a suite so I wasn't sure I was going to be able to blast Alesa away from the room and the Masters.  We had a good time at the party which was at the town hall across the road from Mary's house.  It was a good chance for Alesa to visit with relatives she hasn't seen for awhile, especially the ones who knew her mother.  Afterwards we toured Harrisonburg a little then used the pool and spa at the hotel.  This morning we came home via part of the Skyline Drive and a few other Virginia back roads and small towns.
