Wales West Train & Garden Lovers RV Resort

Yesterday Alesa pulled out her back slightly in the morning so she spent the day in a chair with ice then heat and rest.  It worked because she is mostly better today.  I went out to do some shopping, mail packages and watch some of the Hoama parade.  Try finding an open post office in Louisiana on Fat Tuesday.  We left Houma this morning and crossed the Mississippi for the last time, went through the swamps and New Orleans and into Mississippi where we stopped at a rest area which also was the starting point for a tour of the NASA Stennis Rocket propulsion testing facility.  We then met the Marshalls at a Flying J.  We had another blowout on the trailer today (the other side).  No cause, some of us are just lucky I guess.  I changed the tire and drove the last 70 miles without a spare.  I am glad the Marshalls were following us in case we had another problem.  Once settled we went to Wal Mart and we now have a new spare.  We are in a very nice park but the train starts running after we leave Friday.  But, as I was typing that sentence the train chugged in front of our trailer full of people.  After dinner we will solve that confusion on our way to the exercise room, indoor pool and hot tub.  Ahh, it's a tough life.
